How do you price Mapistry?
We price per location. The annual license fee covers upgrades, support, and new features. You can add as many users as you like without additional fees.
Does Mapistry integrate with other tools?
Yes, we can set up an integration with a variety of other systems (depending on their capabilities). We have our own API that you can use to tie to other systems.
How is data stored and is it secure?
Mapistry is SOC2 Type I certified. We rely on Amazon's accredited storage solutions (AWS) for data storage and regular backups. You retain full ownership of all data and control over who has access.
Can a consultant use Mapistry on our behalf?
Yes, we can set up your consultant(s) as a user on your account.

How do I purchase Mapistry?
You can schedule a demo so that we can ensure we are the right solution for you and then get you set up.
Do you charge per user?
No, you get unlimited users in any of our packages.
How long are your contracts?
Typical contracts are for one year, with 3-5 year contracts available with additional discounts.
Implementation
How long does it take to set up Mapistry?
Generally onboarding can be anywhere from 4 to 20 hours per location. With complex air permits, it could be 40 hours or more. We work with our customers to devise a rollout schedule to fit their needs.
How do I roll out Mapistry across multiple sites?
Your dedicated Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer will work with you to determine a plan for implementing Mapistry at your different facilities.
How will you train my team to use Mapistry?
We do software training for all of our customers – this includes best practices for using our software for mapping, inspections, task management, etc. We can also tailor the software training for manager and executives who want to focus on analytics and site-level users who focus on inspections and the mobile app.
