While it is currently not possible to change the email address associated with your account, we can set up a new account that will have all your assigned tasks and sites with your new email address. Please reach out to help@mapistry with your old and new email addresses, and we will set this up for you.
If you have been swapped over to a new account that has been set up, but you can't access it, follow the steps below.
💡 These steps are for when you have been sent a link to access your new Mapistry account but are not able to view the password reset page.
1. Click on the setting gear icon on the bottom left of your screen.
2. Click on "Log out".
3. Click on the password reset link sent to you by one of our Support Specialists and create a new password.
