How can I activate Single Sign-On?
If you are interested in setting up Single Sign-On, please reach out to your CSM. If you don’t have a CSM or have any questions, send an email to help@mapistry.com, and one of our customer service professionals will reach out to you.
Why can't I log in to my Mapistry account?
If your organization is making use of SSO, you will not be able to access your Mapistry account via the sign-in page. You can access your account via your internal tooling.
Why have I not been assigned to a Site?
If you see the above message after logging into your Mapistry account, it means you haven't been added to a site yet. You can click on 'Request Access', which will notify your Organization admin or your primary site admin to give you access to your site. They will be able to add you to a site under the Users tab, by typing in your email address, full name, and selecting a site role. You'll then get an email inviting you to join the Mapistry site.
Why can't I invite a user into Mapistry?
Above text: The user you are attempting to invite does not yet exist in Mapistry. This user also belongs to an organization that requires user credentials be managed outside of Mapistry. Please inform this user to first sign into Mapistry via their organization's identity provider.
If you see the above message, this means the user you are trying to invite to Mapistry isn't in our systems yet. Reach out to your CSM or help@mapistry.com with their full name, email address, and site role.
