Adding New Users to a Site

This article refers to organizations using Single Sign-On. For more information on accessing Mapistry without Single Sign-On, click here.

New users that have never logged into Mapistry before can only be added by the Mapistry team. Reach out to your CSM or help@mapistry.com with the new user information (their email, full name, and software role), and they will be added to Mapistry.

Existing users can be added to additional sites by adding their email and name and setting their software role on the Users section for that site.
