How Can I Add & Remove Users From a Site?

You can invite a user to a Mapistry site from the Users dashboard. Here, enter their email and full name, then select their role in Mapistry. Hovering on the grey question mark will show each role and what they can do in Mapistry.

Clicking “Send” will send an email invitation to their email containing a link that will direct them to create their Mapistry account.

You can remove a user from a site in the Users section by clicking on the little bin icon next to their name. Users who don’t have a bin icon next to their name are organization admins and can only be removed by someone on the Mapistry team. If you would like to remove an organization admin, feel free to reach out to help@mapistry.com.
