After setting your preferences, click "Update Filter" on the bottom right to view your results.

💡Tip: To view all of the site's tasks, first remove all assignees and clear out the date range before clicking "Update Filter." Removing all filters will show you a complete list of upcoming, overdue, and recently completed tasks for the site.

Completing Tasks

Both Ad hoc Tasks and Tasks within Inspection forms can both be marked complete by using one of the following two workflows.

The first and quickest option to mark a task complete is by clicking on the three dots next to the task name within the widget and then selecting "Mark Complete." The task completion date will automatically be set to the date it was marked completed on the software.

The second option is to click on the Task title of interest and then click "Mark as Complete" on the bottom left of the task form. This option allows you to edit the completion date if you are backlogging a previously completed task.

If a Task has a subtask, the main task will not be marked complete unless all subtasks have been previously completed. To mark a subtask complete, you can use either click "Mark Complete" from the Site Dashboard, or you can enter the main task and select "Mark as Complete" on the top right-hand corner.
