Deleting a Feature

Made a mistake or an update to your site? There are two easy ways to delete a feature. 

Deleting a Feature from the Layers List

Find the layer that contains that feature. Click on the number icon to reveal the list of features within that layer.

Click on the trash can icon to the right of the feature you wish to delete.2-3

A pop-up window will appear, confirming whether you want to delete the feature. Click the red “Delete” button to confirm the feature deletion.

Deleting a Feature when Visible on the Map

First make sure the feature you want to delete is visible on the map, by turning that layer on from the layers list. Click the 👁️‍🗨️ eye icon to turn the layer on.

Then click on the feature you want to delete, in this case Tank Containment Area 1. In the pop-up attributes window, scroll down and click on the red "Delete" button.

Confirm you want to delete the feature by clicking the red "Delete" button.

💡Deleted features cannot be recovered so take care while deleting!
