To create a new layer, click on the “+” symbol located in the “Layers” sidebar.
This will cause a pop-up window to open. Here, you can name your layer, assign a layer type, and add any form tags. Make sure to click the green “Save” button in the bottom right corner to save your addition.
Your new layer will now appear in the “Layers” sidebar.
