Email Notification Basics
Each Mapistry user can subscribe or unsubscribe from various email notifications about Tasks, Inspections, Logs, and other Site activities.
To access your email notifications, navigate to your settings by clicking the gear icon in the lower left corner.
Note that the Mapistry mobile app does not currently offer push notifications.
From there, select Notifications. A list of notification categories will appear with toggle buttons below. Clicking the toggle button controls whether that notification type is on or off.

Turning a notification type on or off applies to all Sites you are attached to.
💡 For most new users (except users of the Site Maintenance role), all notification types are turned ON by default.
Toggle selections automatically save, but it may take some time to receive that notification, depending on its trigger. For more information about notification triggers and frequencies, go here next!
If you are a Site Admin, Primary Site Admin, or Organization Admin, you can also view and edit the notifications of your team members by clicking on the “Users” section and clicking on the gear icon next to their name.
